UKRAINE: Letter from the Presidential Administration

It is with pride to be able to display this letter arrived from the Office of the President of Ukraine containing the full Support of the goals of Expedition Antarctic Blanc and the reaffirmation of the strong commitment to continue contributing to the development of Antarctic research.  The wishes are coming together with the formal approval to lay a wreath – created from ice – in the name of Ukraine during our commemoration ceremony in the Antarctic.

We are grateful and we will act accordingly.
